Our family would like to thank Dr. Louzada, Dr. Sullivan, Dr. Yoshida and their oncology teams, for their excellent care. Also thanks to our family physician, Dr. Cassandra Taylor and her nurse Nancy, for their support. Thank you also, to Dr. Crombeen and her palliative care team, as well as Stacie, Gord's long-time nurse.
In lieu of flowers, donations to Multiple Myeloma Research Foundation, the Ontario SPCA and Humane Society, or charity of choice would be greatly appreciated.
