Douglas William Dionne

1958 – 2023

Peacefully surrounded by loving family at Bluewater Health, Douglas William Dionne passed away at the age of 65. Beloved husband and best friend Nancy Dionne (Galloway) for 45 years and devoted father of Jeremy and Ben (Bobbijo). Loving brother of Larry(Chris), Steve (Cindy), Patty Belak (Jim), Mark, Karen Madsen (Robert), Greg(Lori Swift), Denise Norton (Edwin) and Jerrilynne Dionne. Predeceased by his parents Gerald (2022) and Pauline (1975), infant sister Sandra, StepmotherCarol, and Sister-in-law Deloris. Doug will be missed by his sisters-in-law, many nieces, nephews, friends, and many co-workers from Fiberglas and Waterville TG. Doug was a true-blue Toronto Maple Leaf fan, he enjoyed watch his team play and collecting Leaf memorabilia. A special thank you to Dr. Kim, Dr. Lebert and the many great nurses on the Palliative unit for their compassionate care. Cremation has taken place and a Celebration of Life will take place on Friday July 28th from 5:30pm – 9:00pm at Stokes Inland (SidePockets), 1202 Lambton Mall Road, Sarnia ON.
