BROWN, John

It is with heavy hearts that we share the passing of John Brown after his battle with cancer. 

Beloved brother of (late) Darlene Serwatkiewicz (Richard Serwatkiewicz), Harold Brown, and (late) Joanne Brown. Cherished uncle to his nieces Christine Serwatkiewicz (Harold Detweiler) of Elora, Ontario, (late) Melissa Serwatkiewicz of Sombra, Ontario, and Lisa Serwatkiewicz (Jack Martin) of Sarnia, Ontario. He will be greatly missed by his great nephews Nicklas Coulis and Evan Martin and great niece Lily Martin.

John lived in Arizona for many years and loved his time there. He was a man who loved warm weather and sunshine. He will be missed by his friends and family there, including his stepdaughters Laura, Melissa, and Becky. 

John was loved by all who met him. He always had a joke and a smile for everyone he met. He will be remembered for his kind heart and easy laugh. 

The family wishes to sincerely thank the nurses of the Palliative Care floor at Bluewater Health, as well as Dr. Crombeen, for taking such goodcare of John. 

In lieu of flowers, we ask that donations in John’s name be made to The Canadian Cancer Society. 

Cremation has occurred and the family will hold a private ceremony at a later date.
